I really enjoy cooking. I love cooking for the Holidays. I cook every year for the Holidays. My family all comes over and I just love watching everyone eating and enjoying themselves.

I love cooking and find it almost therapeutic. It is the clean up that I loathe. I especially like cooking a huge meal for no special reason except to enjoy my family.

I go through phases when it comes to cooking. At times, I enjoy preparing a meal, having people over, the whole enchilada. At other times, I have no desire to set foot in the kitchen and cobwebs begin to collect on the stove. But I agree, when I am in the mood, cooking can be very therapeutic.

I really enjoy cooking. But now that my kids are grown and gone. I find it very hard to cook for just my husband and I. I always cook far too much and we are eating it forever.

There are several options available when cooking for two. You can make planned overs (for instance you bake chicken for dinner, use some of the chicken in chicken salad, chicken -n- dumplins, chicken tacos, etc). You still eat the left overs all week, but you add variety. You can freeze single or double portions of the meal for quick "TV dinners" later on. You can just half the recipe and use it all up at the one seating. Hope that helps some.

Often, any vegetable leftovers I have find their way into a container I keep in the freezer. When cold weather comes around, out comes the container and all the contents go into the crock pot, along with some stock and liquid - the nout comes wonderful soups.

I have marginal cooking skills. I have a few plates that my children really enjoy, but my meals are far from inspirational. However,I would love to become a little more creative, but I don't want to end up spending any more time in the kitchen than I presently do. Where do I start? Any tips anyone...

I love cooking and will cook for all my family and friends. I started out simple but got very much more adventurous in recent years.
